Upon finishing my career as a professional commercial dancer/model it felt only natural to stay in the wellness industry. I offer 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 Personal Training sessions in our fully equipped, private gym based in the heart of Mapplewell village, South Yorkshire. Sessions include ongoing nutritional support and programs tailored just for you to also do at home or in the gym. 
I also offer Sports Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy services. With over 20 years experience in the industry I am passionate about helping people become and feel the best version of themselves, inside and out.

Sessions are designed with your individual health and fitness goals in mind. Whether you want to lose body fat, tone, improve strength, nutrition, confidence or general fitness we will guide you on how to reach your goals effectively and maintain results long term in our private, state of the art, fully equipped gym in the heart of Mapplewell. We also provide ongoing nutritional support alongside this service with added home/gym workouts given to you to do in your own time. Treatments are focused on manipulating muscle tissue back to its full functional length. Perfect for back pain, sciatica, improving posture, injury prevention and general aches & pains. Perfect for both sporting and non-sporting individuals. Full posture and movement analysis is also carried out prior to this treatment with an individual post treatment exercise prescription plan if required.
