Your little one(s) can play in our soft play area whilst you get pampered. Please write in your appointment notes how many children will be attending. Soft play entry is reduced to £2.50 when booked with any beauty treatments.

Please note this is an unsupervised play area and the child(ren) are the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian. Your child(ren) can be seen and heard at all times during your appointment.

Lip And Chin Wax 

This brow duo will instantly add frame to the face. Adding colour and definition will make the brows appear sharper. darker, and fuller. This option is best suited to clients who regularly keep on top of their brows and are in for a maintenance appointment. 

Please come to your appointment make-up free to avoid any lost appointment time. 

Please note a PATCH TEST is required 24-48 hours prior to tinting treatments. 

It is the responsibility of the client to arrange to pop into the salon before their treatment. Without a required patch test treatment may not be able to go ahead and you may still be charged for loss of time

Ensure the booking link you have chosen has been from our own channels- so via our Facebook pages or instagram pages.  If it has not been please come out of the current booking link you are on and select the link from these platforms. 

If you would prefer for us to manually create an account for you to avoid any confusion please contact us and we can get this all set up for you- then going forward all other bookings can be made by yourself online.

The best form of communication is via Private Message on our Dolly's Pamper and Play Facebook page where a member of staff will answer your query as soon as possible. 

Please note we do NOT infill nails from any other salon or therapist. Only those applied at Dolly's/Dolly's Pamper and Play. Please also ensure you book in for the relevant patch testing. 

Treatment timings are relaxed and we will go at the pace most suited to your child during your allocated appointment time.

Eye Package (Brow Wax + Tint And Eyelash Tint) 

An eyelash tint darkens and enhances the appearance of eyelashes, making them look fuller and more defined. It eliminates the need for daily mascara application and can give a more polished look, especially for those with lighter lashes. The results typically last for 4-6 weeks, depending on the individual's lash growth cycle and aftercare routine

Please note this is a removal of previous set done by Dolly's only. we cannot remove any gel from any other salon/therapist.
