Polynucleotides are injectable biostimulators that are used in skin rejuvenation treatments. They are long chains of nucleotides, which are the building blocks of DNA and RNA. Polynucleotides are derived from fish DNA, which is similar to human DNA. 


Polynucleotides work by:

Polynucleotides rejuvination treatment

Profhilo is a hyaluronic acid gel that works by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. This increase in new collagen and elastin production makes the skin more plump and glowy.

This injectable formula has one of the highest and most stable molecules of hyaluronic acid concentrations of any product. It has been known over the last few years as 'THE INJECTABLE MOISTURISER' and now Profhilo has a new baby - Structura.
 
Both products work by binding to the hydration molecules in your skin and spark dormant fibroblast tissue to generate collagen and elastin. Structura has a higher hyaluronic acid concentration but is more suited to those who have dramatic weight loss of the face and older clients with more advanced signs of ageing.

It is advised to have 2 sessions of profhilo spread 2 to 4 weeks apart. This will ensure you will gain the most beautiful hydrated skin from within!

De-congest & Hydrate

Radiofrequency is a skin tightening effect through the application of specially generated radio waves to the surface tissues. It is a non-surgical and non-invasive skin repair procedure where the effect particularly targets the tissues just below the surface of the skin. The radiofrequency device uses a combination of basal layer skin cell stimulation and dynamic muscle activation (DMA) to TIGHTEN the mid to lower face.

A bespoke facial to decongest blocked pores and enhance skin's texture using a light gycolic acid peel. (Blackheads be gone!)

The gycolic peel removes dead skin cells and reduces roughness to brighten the tone of your skin. A moisturising barrier cream is then applied to keep the skin smooth and fresh for up to one week.

Cleanse & Peel

Dermaplaning gently buffs the top layer of dead skin cells away helping to reveal a brighter and smoother complexion leaving skin ultra-smooth and perfectly prepped for make-up.
Dead skin cells make your complexion look dull and contribute to clogged pores and spots. Dermaplaning clears the way so skin peels, facials, skin products and serums can get down into the skin where they need to be rather than sitting on the skin’s surface. It also removes peach fuzz / vellus (fine) hair on the face and creates clear channels into the skin as well as a soft, smooth surface for makeup to glide on flawlessly.

The Skin pen is passed over the area to be treated, and inserts tiny needles into the skin, leaving micro puncture wounds. This triggers the bodies wound healing response and encourages the body to release skin cells in that area. While the body repairs the skin, it increases the production of collagen and elastin, immediately plumping the area, and causing wrinkles to diminish. As the body repairs the skin you will also see scarring, dark marks and sun damage decrease.

Micro-needling is also effective for hair regeneration. The process works in much the same way; as the wound healing response takes place, it stimulates blood circulation and increases nutrients reaching the hair follicles, this combined with the stimulation of proteins in the area can result in new hair growth. Results may vary from person to person.

Biohacking is the practice of making small, incremental lifestyle or biological changes to enhance health, performance, and well-being. It's often self-directed, integrating technology and biology to optimize the body and brain. This can include dietary adjustments, fasting, nootropics, meditation, exercise, and using wearable devices for tracking biomarkers. 

Working along side Danielle, the biohacking clinicians include a variety of indicators such as blood glucose levels, hormone levels, genetic markers, and microbiome diversity. 

These tests aim to provide insights into how individual bodies function, enabling personalised strategies for improving energy levels, mental focus, and overall health.

Biohacking blood testing (service to be launched in 2025)

PRP treatment itself is a relatively quick procedure in which a sample of blood is obtained from the arm - the amount of this sample depends on the size of the area needed to treat. The blood is then carefully spun to separate the red blood cells from the plasma. This golden plasma obtained, contains a rich concentration of platelets and growth factors. The PRP is then gently injected into the area we need to treat using very fine needles.

For hair loss, PRP offers a non-surgical treatment option for both men and women with little downtime (approximately half an hour.) Many also consider PRP a natural treatment because it utilises natural growth factors from the patient’s own body and some choose this in-order to avoid the potential side effects that may appear with certain medications.

With PRP therapy, a course of treatment is initially required once every 1-2 months for the first 4 sessions, after which the positive effects of PRP can be upheld with maintenance.

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin, also known as cobalamin.

Vitamin B12 shots are typically the most common way to prevent or treat a deficiency. It can help boost your mood and regulate your sleep pattern. The injection is prescribed and administered by Danielle into your muscle,  it can be repeated after 4 weeks.
