CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle and relaxing form of hands-on therapy that releases tensions/restrictions in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. As a client, please wear loose comfortable clothing as you will remain fully dressed during the session so being comfortable is important so you can relax. Session time varies, depending on how the body reacts to the process. Times range from 45 to 90 minutes for a full session.

Hot towels can be applied to various areas of the body during any relaxing massage. Generally requested areas for this are back, feet, hands, or face. This can be discussed when you arrive for your appointment.

This Ion Foot Detox will help your body rid some toxins that build up over time. This includes a 30 minute warm foot soak, finished off with hot towels to clean all of the residue off the feet. For extreme relaxation, follow up with a pedicure, massage, or reflexology.

Reflexology is a technique that applies gentle pressure to your feet and takes about 30 minutes. It aims to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body's own healing process. Reflexology works in a similar way to acupressure and acupuncture. Can be added to any massage service, foot detox, or as a stand alone service.

Rinse at 2 hours for a light glow

The Rapid formula must be rinsed off no later than 4 hours—your color will continue to develop after your shower.
