Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique used to detox, treat pain, increase circulation, & improve healing time for injuries and muscle fatigue. 

Cups are placed on specific points on your body, and a vacuum force inside the cup pulls your skin upward. The suction force from cupping may break open tiny blood vessels called capillaries under your skin. The suction increases blood supply to that area. You may develop round cupping therapy marks that should fade in a week or two. Although these marks will look like bruises, they’re not true bruises that injure muscle fibers.

Cupping is often used to relieve conditions that cause pain. Some people say it also helps with chronic health issues. Cupping may ease symptoms of: arthritis, back, neck, knee, and shoulder pain, asthma & other breathing issues, carpal tunnel, GI disorders, headaches & migraines, and high blood pressure.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle non-invasive, hands-on session for the whole body.  Performed on a treatment table, the client is fully clothed and the practitioner touch is light and still.  The session focus is to support the inherent health of the whole being, in particular the nervous system (NS).  The NS dictates all of the body’s functioning, constantly sending and receiving information.

Noel understands how an optimally functioning healthy nervous system performs, and is trained how to use acute perception skills to perceive subtle physiological changes.  She is also aware of the energetic system that underlies one‘s basic health and wellbeing. She identifies the parts of the nervous system that are not functioning optimally and uses her awareness of the Universal energetic connection in the body to assist in NS balance and healing.

Craniosacral Therapy

Reiki brings Universal Life Force Energy to your body. This means increased circulation and oxygenation to places that need it. Body tissues begin to break down when there’s not enough blood flowing freely; our blood brings nutrients and oxygen to our bodily systems and removes waste products from the cells.
Reiki also works by releasing stuck and stagnant emotions from body tissues and from our energetic system. When we don’t allow ourselves to express our feelings, they can get packed away in the cells of the body. Nerve cells and tissues hold unresolved trauma, and muscle, organ, and fat tissues hold unexpressed emotions.
These pent-up emotions create energy blocks and are a big source of long-term health issues. Reiki helps release that stuck energy from wherever you’re holding it. 
Reiki also heals by relaxing the recipient. When we relax, the body’s natural healing capabilities kick in. Anything we can do to relax and de-stress adds to our sense of well being.
