REMEDIAL MASSAGE & NEAR INFRA RED LIGHT THERAPY 

Chakra balancing massage is a therapeutic modality that combines the power of a restorative massage with energy work to balance and harmonise your emotional and physical health and spiritual transformation. This treatment is recommended at least once a fortnight to maximise its effectiveness. Tuning forks and a Tibetan singing bowl are used to enhance the experience and a gentle stretch is performed before any body work in order to enhance the treatment. This is a powerful session, so please refrain from drinking alcohol or doing much else on the day of your treatment.

Normatec Compression Boot Therapy will dramatically minimise muscle soreness and fatigue whilst enhancing circulation, lymphatic system function, flexibility and aiding in faster recovery and injury prevention.                                                                                             Normatec Compression boots are not recommended if you have the following conditions:                                                                             Acute deep vein thrombosis. 
Severe atherosclerosis or other ischemic vascular diseases.  
Suspected or known acute deep vein thrombosis. 
Severe congestive cardiac failure. 
Existing pulmonary edema OR embolism.  
Extreme deformity of the limbs.

Any local skin wounds, lesions, infection, or tumours at or near the site of application or where increased venous and lymphatic return is undesirable.

SOUND HEALING 

Cupping works by creating a vacuum pressure on the skin which draws out impurities from deep tissue massage and muscles. This process helps draw out accumulated waste products such as environmental toxins and heavy metals that may have been stored in your cells for years without you knowing it was there. Cupping therapy benefits include:
1. Improvement in chronic pain
2. Reduction of inflammation
3. Increase in circulation and blood flow
4. Stimulation during deep tissue massage
5. Assistance in relaxation 
Cupping may cause redness to the localised area for up to a week in some cases. It is not recommended for people with liver, kidney or heart failure or those with a pacemaker.

Sessions can be conducted online in the comfort of your home or in the comfort of my home clinic face to face. *I also offer Life Coaching for Teens (16-19yo) to assist them with their life/career choices, exam stress, and time and stress management. Discounts are available for packages of 6 sessions (30% off)
