My Life Coaching sessions are solution focused in nature and assist my clients in finding clarity, direction and meaning to the issues presented. The sessions are offered either online or face to face as needed.

Cynthia is knowledgeable, client centred and the best massage therapist I have had.  She finds the kinks (if they are there of course)  and helps to get them out (does she ever) and you stand tall when you leave her clinic having been in her hands for a whole hour.  I see her when I have aches, I see her when I have no aches, all the same as she always makes me feel good (and tall) 😉

Pre/Post natal treatments are essential before, during and after your pregnancy. Oedema, aching backs, stiff necks, shoulders, reflux and more...your session includes the following: 
An essential oil epsom salt foot soak to melt away swollen or aching feet, gentle stretches to help improve range of motion, restorative massage to ease the stress and tension and a gentle relaxation including the transformative sounds of a Tibetan singing bowl. 

PRE/POST NATAL MASSAGE

A cost effective introduction to the world of quality and personalised remedial massage, trigger point therapy and assisted stretching. This session is a one time offer, includes your initial assessment and focuses on what is most pressing for you. *Only available Thursday 10-4 and not available with any other treatment.

LIFE COACHING

Women’s Circle gives us the opportunity and space to be kind to ourselves, share our truths without judgement. Giving and receiving without guilt, replenishing our often repressed emotions within a community that offers compassion, clarity and connection. 
Each Women’s Circle is offered to no more than 12 women (and a minimum of 6), supported by ritual, activities, guided visualisation, music, journaling, gentle stretching and more. These are conducted in my home on the first Monday of every month from 4-5.30
