Kate’s signature massage is typically with broad, firm pressure tailoring each session to the needs of her clients, ranging from Swedish massage to deep tissue. Her signature technique brings a combination of oriental and western styles, including techniques like Hot stones; using warm stones and a blend of essential oils to provide deep tranquility and helps relieve deep-seated muscle tension, Thai massage; using pressure points and stretching, kneeling, and barefoot walking on the back providing deep luxurious stroke to release tension, increase vitality and flexibility, Trigger points, Myofascial release, and more targeted deep work like Gua sha; scraping the skin to relieve tension, improve blood flow and reduce inflammation, and cupping may be applied if necessary. 

The goal is to reduce discomfort , pain and increase quality of range of motion (ROM) and movement. Each session is unique to the individual and their current needs.

Deluxe Signature Massage by Kate

This treatment is customized to individual skin conditions. Ideally for all skin types, including Oily, Dehydrated, or Combination. Starting with a deep cleanse and exfoliation to polish away impurities. Then steam to prepare skin for extractions. Followed by the high-frequency treatment to kill bacteria and reduce inflammation. Relaxing massage and a nourishing mask is applied prior to toning and moisturizing.
