Cindy has been a Licensed Esthetician for 2 years, specializing in Brazilians and Full Body Waxing. Currently located at Bella Brows in Bakersfield, CA & working Tuesday-Saturday. Cash and card are the only acceptable payments. Please note that payment through card has a processing fee of 2.19% + 0.20 cents. There is a 5 minute grace period, and if you are past that appointment will be canceled and you will be charged full price.
