Chrysalis Healing offers a quieter alternative to a routine wellness appointment, pairing Reiki with treatments such as Indian head massage and crystal healing. The Chrysalis Experience brings together Acusound, Reiki and massage, with the practitioner taking time to explain a first Reiki session and talk through its emotional impact.

I had my first session with Sally today and booked The Chrysalis Experience. Sally is so welcoming and very easy to open up to. The room is a sanctuary of calm. The experience of having Acusound , Reiki & Massage for me was a magical one, it was deeply calming and relaxing. I left feeling so chilled and will definitely be booking more sessions.

Another amazing treatment from Sally. I had the reiki, combined with crystal healing. The two treatments compliment each other so well. Sally is such a great listener. With every visit, she has really taken the time to get to know me and exactly what my body needs. As always, I have left feeling nicely balanced and grounded 🥰

I arrived at Sally’s for my treatment yesterday tired, run down and with a headache. This morning I woke up energised, positive and headache free. Sound Healing therapy is amazing, it seems to recalibrate me in the most profound way and I LOVE IT! Thank you x
