❔We ask you to fill out our ‘Client Requirements’ form prior to your Meet and Sniff (link sent to you). This allows us to check suitability of our services to your needs before progressing and confirming.

🗓️ Booking is confirmed upon form completion & payment.

- A member of the team meets you and your pet/s. 😊
- Get to know each other a little bit.
- Understand your pet/s needs. ⭐️
- Explain what ChCh Pet Sitter offers in the service you have chosen (e.g. walk/house sit). 🐾
- You show where your pet is feed/the location of lead/where your pet is kept during the day etc (additional details if house sitting). 🧡
- Build trust in the service we can provide. ✨

- Give you the opportunity to ask questions.❓

Meet and Sniff - Service Details

🚗 Your Dog Walker picks up your dog/s from your house. 

Walk/exercise for the booked amount of time.  Either at a local park or around the block. If forest/beach is close by - let’s go! Potential 5-10mins of driving time max within the booked walk time. 

⭐️ Snuggles love, and kisses are a necessity! 

Commands/behaviour reinforced. 

📸 You receive photos/updates. 

Your dog is returned home happy and stimulated which = tired and calm doggy.

1:1 dog walks - service details

60min walking time. Allow for pick up and drop off time around this.

- Your Dog Walker picks up your dog/s from your house (as well as the other dogs in this Group Walk). 🐶

- Walk/exercise for the booked amount of time. Either at a local park or around the block. Forest/beach/river near by? Let’s go!

- Snuggles love, and kisses are a necessity! 🧡

Group Walks - Service Details

Your dog/s stay at one of the team members houses. Exercise/walks and enrichment included! We ask you provide your dog/s bed and usual food, any favourite toys - so they have some familiarity in their new environment. We have 5 dogs maximum staying. We have suitable separate rooms if necessary. Our main priority is ensuring all animals, are happy, getting along well and are safe.

• x1 45min walk p/d incl, however, if your pup has regular walks with another member of the team, this service will continue

- Food/fresh water for your pet/s
- Snuggles love, and kisses are a necessity! 🧡

- Your Pet Sitter arrives at your house. 🏡

- Exercise and attention (your dog/s may be treated to an adventure at the beach, river or forest for example!)
- Commands/behaviour reinforced. ⭐️
- You receive photos/updates. 📸
- Premises secured!

*6 hours+ We may need to pop out for an hour or two during the day & leave your pet/s secured at home.

Day Sit - Service Details

• Limited availability.
• You have a 'Meet and Sniff' before your booking.
• You provide info for your pets via our Client Requirements Form.
• ChCh Pet Sitter will stay the night at your house.
• Your pets will receive normal food and water as instructed by you.
• Your pets are kept company with attention and affection and care.
• You can expect to arrive home to a clean and tidy house.
• x1 45min walk p/d incl, however, if your pup has regular walks with another member of the team, this service will continue 

* We do not offer 24/7 at home care. We will pop out during the day.

*Your House Sitting booking is not confirmed until Steph confirms it with you. Booking via the app is a placeholder until then.
