- Eyelash extension should be removed at least 3-5 days prior to appointment
- Do not use any waterproof mascara/lash curler at least three days prior to appointment
- Do not wear any eye makeup including mascara, eyeshadow and eyeliner 
- It is recommended to wash your hair prior to the appointment if necessary as you can't wet your lashes for 24 hours after the treatment.
- Avoid any oils/creams for 3-5 days prior to the appointment.
