I specialize in working with athletes seeking physical and mental relief to achieve their goals through therapeutic touch and sports therapy. I will work with you just as you are, no need to change a thing! Never any judgment. I will put in the work, time and effort to build genuine relationships with my clients so they can thrive in their own bodies. Trained in a variety of modalities so your massage can be customized to your needs. I also offer hot stones, guided meditations, breath work and sound therapy if that’s your vibe!
