Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. It's sometimes called a classic massage. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.

Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. Aromatherapy massage is used for a variety of different reasons, including relaxation, pain management, and improved mood.

Manual anti-cellulite massage helps to distribute adipose tissue evenly under the skin with a smoothening effect. It directly affects the surface of the skin and stimulates circulation.
Anti-cellulite massage achieves a tightening of the skin. More nutrients are obtained from the blood and collagen is restored, which affects the firmness and elasticity of the skin. It also helps toxins trapped in the form of cellulite to be eliminated through our lymphatic system.

The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has built up in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. The therapist will use a range of different movements including use of deep kneading and compression movements over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas.

An infrared sauna is a great alternative to traditional saunas, as the heating effect in our infrared sauna is much gentler. Compared to a session in a traditional sauna, you can perspire up to three times more, resulting in these fragmented impurities being safely eliminated by the body through perspiration. An excellent way to detox the full body, an added health benefit of using an infrared sauna is weight loss. With relaxing light therapy and your own choice of music if you desire. 
All round, a session our private infrared saunas is a deeply relaxing experience which improves blood flow, eases pain and has a wide range of health benefits. 
We recommend a treatment of 30 minutes for maximum benefits and afterwards, please enjoy a shower to complete your treatment. For best results we recommend regular treatments.
