Good service, lovely stylists, always leave happy with my hair. 
Two things to improve on;
 1. Time keeping: the shop should be open just before 10am to start the service at 10am, It’s a little annoying coming in on time and being kept waiting up to 15 minutes for staff to make a tea and catch up. 
2. I’ve noticed that the stylist seem to always be confused when I walk in for a service and it’s the same with others. It’s evident that they’re not looking at the online booking system. The confusion on their face shows lack of organisation. 

It was a good  one.  
The staff are friendly  and engaging  and their services  are outstanding
