Hi Friend , Welcome !
When booking an appointment please book accordingly, any services not booked in will not be provided. Nail Art designs (e.g Line Art, Chrome, Fairy dust) are not included in a fullset or refill and are to be booked separately. 
New and inconsistent clients are to pay a non-refundable deposit of $30. This will be deducted from your total when service(s) is completed.
There will be a 15 minute grace period, after 10 minutes a $15 fee will be implemented, after 20 minutes the appointment will be canceled.
Due to late start of an appointment designs may not be done if they were booked.
However, if you've booked for more than (1) service (ie. nails & toes) will result into you choosing which service you'd prefer to have done. With booking more than one service ( nails & toes) you have up to 30 minutes, after those 30 minutes both services WILL BE CANCELED.
