This 2-hour family intake session is a chance for everyone to share their perspective in a safe, respectful space. Your counsellor will take time to listen to each family member, understand your goals, and identify the patterns and challenges within the family dynamic. Together, you’ll begin creating a supportive plan for improving communication, strengthening relationships, and fostering harmony at home.

This is our very first session together, designed just for new clients. We’ll take the time to get to know each other, talk through your background, and explore your goals for therapy. Think of it as laying the groundwork so we can move forward with clarity and focus. This session is a little longer (90 minutes) to give us the space we need to dive in without rushing.

This extended session is designed especially for couples who are beginning their journey with counselling. Since it’s our very first meeting together, we’ll take the time to understand your relationship history, explore your goals as a couple, and set the foundation for our work moving forward. The 2-hour format gives us the space to dive in fully without feeling rushed. Please note: this session is only for new couples starting counselling.
