*Help improve stiffness in muscle and joints.

*Encourage relaxation and stress relief

For all treatments I will discuss and assess your needs before offering a treatment that can include heat, fascial work, trigger point work, stretching and self care advice. 

If you are looking to help chronic pain, stiffness or injury then you will need a series of treatments, ideally over a weekly basis. 

All massage is performed in a warm, safe environment.
