The laser hair removal system makes it possible to destroy hair follicles by means of the selective photothermolysis technique, which targets the pigment in the hair to destroy the germ cells that produce it. The definitive elimination of the follicles only occurs in the anagen growth phase. As not all follicles are in the same phase, several sessions will be needed for significant hair reduction.
The number of sessions recommended for removing most of the hair is between 6- 8 sessions, although more sessions may be required sometimes. Facial hair removal can be particularly difficult due to hormonal reasons, hirsutism, the rate of hair growth, etc. which can increase the number of sessions. Maintenance sessions may be required depending on individuals hair growth. 
You must be 18 years or older to undergo laser treatments, as this ensures the procedure is safe and appropriate for your stage of development.

What is a Patch Test?
A patch test involves applying the laser to a small area of your skin to observe how your skin reacts to the treatment. This test helps reduce the risk of adverse reactions and enables us to tailor the laser settings for a safe and effective experience. 
To ensure the accuracy and safety of your patch test, please follow these guidelines:  
Avoid Sun Exposure: Refrain from tanning or direct sun exposure on the test area for 4 weeks before patch test. Factor SPF 30/50 should be used on the area to be treated if sun exposure can not be helped i.e face
Skip Self Tanners: Avoid applying self-tanners or spray tans for 10 days prior to test.
Shave the Area: Shave the patch test area 24 hours prior to your appointment. Shave a small area in all areas you wish to be treated as different parts of the body may react differently. This enables the laser to target hair follicles effectively. Avoid using hair removal methods that alter the hair root (e.g. waxing)
