Unlike general relaxation massages, it delves into the body's soft tissues – including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia – to achieve specific goals related to athletic performance.

Although it is labelled a Sports Massage, it can benefit any person with pain or injury. If this is the first treatment with Allison this is the one for you. A thorough detailed consultation for the 1st 15 minutes and then 60 mins treatment, with aftercare advice to follow. 

Sports Massage with Consultation

Unlike general relaxation massages, it delves into the body's soft tissues – including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia – to achieve specific goals related to athletic performance.

A full body maintenance massage is just what it says. This is a treatment that is to maintain your injury prevention and enable you to continue your daily life or atheletic performance pain free. Ironing out any niggles.

With you can get Fire cupping at the end of the massage for FREE. 

Sports Massage Full body- Maintenance 

A sports massage is a specialised and targeted form of massage therapy designed to meet the unique physical demands of athletes and individuals with active lifestyles. Unlike general relaxation massages, it delves into the body's soft tissues – including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia – to achieve specific goals related to athletic performance.

This is reccommended for anybody who has one or 2 muscle groups that they are experiencing problems with. Using different techniques such as trigger point, scraping and massage. For example you may be struggling with lower back pain but also your shouldersn (this would class as one area, but covering lower and upper body). 

This treament is more specific to targeted areas.

Get a one off rehab programme built in for your sports massages. 3 massages inc your first initial and 2 more 60 min massages. to be used within a 3 month period from initial consultation 

Injury Prevention/Rehabiliation Programme 

Sports massage with Rehab programme 

A personalised programme to go alongside your massage or on it's own to help maintain or improve your range of motion/injury or weaknesses. 
This is a one off programme that can be used alongside your current training to help improve your athlete performance. Or by itself to help with your daily living activies.

This will include a posture analysis, objective dysfunction anayalsis (massages are not included unless bundled) 

This appointment can be done in person or via Video call anywhere location. 

Online Rehab coaching plan

Swedish Full Body Massage 

A therapeutic practice rooted in Ayurvedic traditions, focusing on the head, neck, and shoulders. It's a holistic treatment designed to relieve tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation and well-being. The massage involves various techniques like circular massage strokes, acupressure, and deep tissue work to address specific areas and energy points

- Improved Circulation: Enhances blood flow to the scalp and surrounding areas. 
- Pain Relief: Can alleviate headaches, migraines, and neck and shoulder pain.

Indian Head Massage
