It was a much needed massage. Alisha took time to find out what I needed before starting and she constantly checked in with me and adjusted the amount of pressure required to progress the treatment. I specifically needed calves treatment as i have currently increased my running and have developed shin splints. This massage relieved some of the tightness and tension built over the last few weeks. I am definitely booking my regular session. Highly recommended.
