ASMR Massage is a combination of techniques that are used to induce ASMR
sensations. Hair play, hair brushing and skin tracing are some of the most common techniques used. The movements are slow and intentional and usually featherlight with different tools, such as make up brushes, chopsticks, combs and hair brushes being incorporated to further the relaxation.

ASMR Massage

Indian Head massage draws from principles within the Ayurvedic system of healing and from common practices in India that have been used for over 1,000 years. This seated treatment includes the therapeutic application of massage to the upper back, neck, arms, head, scalp and face.

Indian Head Massage

Skin is gently cleansed and toned using ultra soothing products followed by a gentle facial pressure point massage using oil with or without essential oils added the face is then moisturised and to finish the treatment a soothing eye gel is applied.

Holistic Facial 

Thai Foot massage works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and the lower leg.  It involves hands on massage and stretching techniques opening the ‘Sen’ energy lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai massage stick.  Pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to stimulate the internal organs, encouraging the body and mind to balance as well as activating the body's natural healing mechanism.  The circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid will be improved and the immune system boosted as well as stimulating the elimination of toxins.  This treatment is a wonderful stress reliever promoting deep relaxation. 

Thai Foot Massage 

Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops, and sides of the feet correspond to areas throughout the body.

Reiki is a very simple energy technique for deep relaxation and healing. Every living being is made of energy, known as life force energy or Ki. Having a balanced flow of energy around our mind and body can naturally improve general health and well-being. Reiki helps to clear and balance the body’s energetic channels and naturally boost your energy vibration for deep relaxation and healing.
