I had a remedial massage with Anja and it was excellent. The pressure of the massage was perfect and my back felt so much better afterwards. She also mixed in some gentler movements which I thought was nice.

A really great remedial massage.  Just the right level of pressure for me, and Anja kept checking in to see if I was happy with that level.  Have a lot more range of movement in my neck since.

Remedial massages will include an assessment before determining what the problem is and creating a treatment plan that will aim to alleviate the symptoms of your problem. I will be targeting particular areas of tightness and restriction in your muscles. Unlike relaxation massage, which is primarily intended to relieve stress, remedial massage aims to assess and treat specific muscle problems, injuries, and postural imbalances.​
