My experience at Hard Rock Nails is always great but Dat took it to the next level! This is who you should be trusting with your nails. 100/10 Photos don’t do this GelX set justice go see the video on their instagram.

He was very good, cleaned up my mess so I can see my Doctor about the nail that seems to be almost coming off. Too much detail, but you asked. I also enjoyed the massage tool that he used on my feet and legs.

Hello, I’m writing this review because I’m very confused about the charges on my bill. When I made my appointment, I was told the regular Bio Gel service was $50, and I paid a $30 deposit. During my appointment, one nail was replaced and I received a regular nail polish color. I specifically asked Nat if the nail polish would be an extra charge, and I was told there would be no additional charge. However, I ended up being charged $30 + $43, for a total of $73. I’m really confused about how the final amount came to $73. Can someone please explain the charges to me? 😕

Hello Kylie, You booked online a bio fill, but did not add repair nail which is additional cost and the shellac gel polish is $10. Allow us to summery your total: Bio gel refill is $50, Shellac is $10 and repair is $5 and total was $65+hst = 73.45 Your services were in total 65 before tax, you placed a $30 deposit so it was deducted from you total that you paid at the front desk. We have wrote this on your receipt for you, we are more than happy to explain to you in detail what you may have misunderstood. Please reach out to us if you have any more questions.
