Really clean and beautiful salon. Very friendly barber and a good cut. The only issue I have is paying a lot of money for a ‘traditional wet shave’. It was nothing of the sort - it was an electric shave with an open razor finish. No lather at all. It wasn’t a bad result for a mainly electric shave, but nowhere near as close as a proper open-razor wet shave and not what I paid for. Other than that, a very relaxing and professional place. I would return for a haircut, but not a shave.

Regarding the hot towel shave, I apologise, it was my mistake for not asking your preference before starting. Many younger clients prefer the electric shave, so I assumed it would be suitable, but of course, I should have checked with you first. I genuinely appreciate your feedback, and next time I would be more than happy to provide you with a full professional hot towel shave as you expected, of course, with your request!
