I qualified at City of Bath College in VTCT level 3 Massage, including Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Indian Head Massage, Facials and Reiki. Holistic therapies not only relieve muscle strain but support the immune system and act as a preventative to the build up of stress and disease ,treating tthe body mind and spirit as a whole

I booked an Indian head massage as a gift for my husband, but was surprised to hear that he had instead been given a sports massage (not at his request, he must have assumed this is what I’d booked for him). By all accounts the sports massage was fine, but it definitely wasn’t the relaxing gift experience I’d intended for him to have on Father’s Day, so I’m disappointed, and will think twice before booking again.

Ruth has a lovely demeanour. She did an excellent deep tissue massage on my whole body - particularly focusing on my shoulders and lower back. I have booked a follow-up appointment with her.
