Hello, I’m Monica, originally from Portugal. My journey into wellness began with two years studying Physiotherapy before moving to Edinburgh in 2017. In 2021 I qualified in Swedish Massage and later Manual Lymphatic Drainage. After two years backpacking in Australia, I’m excited to return and continue helping clients relax, recover, and feel their best through therapeutic touch.

Monica was amazing, she used the perfect amount of pressure and checked in regularly. She identified knots I didn't even know I had!
