Very relaxing

Today I had my first reiki session with Lyndsey and it was heavenly. I have multiple chronic health conditions and she came to treat me at my home in Chandlers Ford which meant that I could enjoy treatment and then relax in the comfort of home without the effort needed of being elsewhere. Lyndsey is a kind soul who put me at ease immediately which helped me relax and get into a calm state for treatment. Afterwards I felt so calm, happy and like a weight had lifted, I can’t wait for my next session. Thanks Lyndsey x

I won a voucher in raffle for a treatment with lyndsey and was blown away with the service. She really cares about your wellbeing and asks how to best tailor her services to your needs. She doesn’t rush you and really listens to you. I had reflexology and a back massage and can highly recommend both. I left feeling great, very relaxed and can already feel a difference in my body. Her prices and reasonable and I will definitely be going back in the future to try some different treatments.
