The staff dealing with me were fab but an elderly lady came in to book an appointment and another girl was so rude! Told her she had to do it online. Clearly the lady wouldn’t be able to do that and then said there was no reception! I think someone on shift should be able to make an appointment! I felt so bad for the lady! Then another girl was clearly unhappy and the person dealing with her just shrugged her shoulders and implied she had no English to speak about the issue! Guess it’s just luck who you deal with in there! I had a great experience
