Great pressure massage just what I needed. Felt relaxed and loved the extra attention to detail. Pre massage consultation, regular pressure checks during treatment, warm towels and complementary refreshments. Highly recommend Neal Yard for treatment. Thankyou Lou for today 💓

I found my £60 holistic massage underwhelming. Although my back and hips felt better afterwards, the experience was not particularly relaxing. The consultation felt rushed and lacked exploration of my individual needs. Movements were often fast, with abrupt breaks in contact that interrupted relaxation. I mentioned tenderness in my hips and was told the pressure would be checked again, but this didn’t happen. I also question whether the full 60-minute treatment was provided, as consultation and changing time appeared to be included. I had hoped for a more personalised, restorative experience.

Just getting into Faith store and I feel welcomed. After my therapeutic massage I feel reenergised and 10 years younger. Lou is just great. I cannot wait for my next massage.
