I did not have time to do red light therapy for 2 weeks and wow today I could feel how much my body needed a session. I’ll make sure to try and not skip sessions anymore

Red light therapy works at a cellular level, supporting mitochondrial function and cellular energy (ATP) production. While some people notice a difference after their first treatment, others require multiple sessions before experiencing more noticeable benefits — particularly when addressing ongoing health concerns. I enjoyed it so much so that I had to invite more people to get a feel of what I had. What a brilliant idea. We need to try and move away from scientific medication and let the body heal itself.
