If I could rate this higher I definitely would. I love how instantly welcomed I was upon arrival, the care and consideration with the process and how Joy was explaining the process to me as it was my first time and I was nervous and unsure about things. Joy had made the experience and time so fun, we got to talk and shared about part of Melbourne and whatnot. I genuinely am so grateful to Joy, and definitely be coming back for future appointments.
