I came to the Technique after many years of chronic back pain and sciatica. The Technique has shown me that my unconscious patterns of excessive muscular tension were at the root of my pain. I haven't looked back and want to share this transformative and educational Technique so that others can take charge of their pain and discover unconscious habits which may be causing harm.

Jen was gentle and I felt comfortable during the entire session. She explained lots to me and I am very grateful for the session. Came out calmer and much more relaxed

I'd never encountered this technique before and found it absolutely fascinating. Learning how to reset and align the body to its natural state to reduce tension was eye-opening and so important. Jen was knowledgeable, passionate, and clearly dedicated to helping people understand their bodies better. I left feeling refreshed, empowered, and equipped with useful tools to take forward.
