I thoroughly enjoyed my massage by Jazz. It was just what I didn’t know I needed. She help me relax and unwind while easing my lower back pain. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking in again.

My First experience of AYM (Ayurvedic Yoga Massage). The Ambiance was amazing. Jazz was extremely attentive to what was discussed in the pre-massage consultation. I was able to completely relax following the guided breathing. The assisted stretches involved enhanced the therapy. Jazz frequently checked in to ensure the pressure levels were ok. I can happily say I was asleep by the end! Definitely booking a follow up session.

I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked into the room, I felt safe. The space was perfect with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Jazz did a brilliant job and really listened when I spoke about my lower back. I felt completely heard. As it was my first time trying yoga massage, I appreciated how clearly she communicated. Her calm and soothing tone throughout the massage helped me feel relaxed and at ease. The massage itself was incredible and something I did not realise I needed. A big thank you to Jazz.
