Have found the treatment to be extremely informative in the manner of which I am working and bad habits that have formulated and need to be changed. Think it is work in progress and hopefully improvements will emerge. Thank you James 😊

First Time appointment at Body Therapy attended today and am so pleased with the information that I have obtained during the treatment. The treatment was intended for hip pain and headaches however have now found that my mouse and body posture at work is creating some of my issues which was good to find out as this is within my control to change. Looking forward to further treatment for relief.
