I believe healing happens when you slow down enough to actually listen to your body. Massage, for me, is more than physical therapy; it’s a way of helping people release, reset, and return to themselves🤎

I didn’t realise how much I needed some “me” time. Rooms lovely and cosy . The 90 mins is bliss! Debbie had a friendly warm approach . Loved my Indian head and reflexology. Can’t wait for to try the lymphatic drainage .
