With 7 years of specialist MSK experience in the NHS, I specialise in returning active people back to sports performance and exercise using a combination of strength and conditioning, as well as hands-on manual techniques. Outside of Physiotherapy, I enjoy triathlon, and have represented Wales and Great Britain age-group teams.
