I had a great appointment with Charles. I was on vacation and badly needed a haircut for a dinner at a 5 star restaurant that same day. Charles and Blakkloud accommodated me. Charles was very kind, polite and patient. He gave me a terrific haircut, better than any I have had before. He also helped me with my beard, one I am growing for the first time. Charles did a great job of trimming my beard, and showing me how to take care of it, as it continues to grow in. Again, I had a great experience.
