Instant relief, Sarah is so lovely and very helpful! She was talking me through everything she was doing and explaining how that impacted my pain and what could have caused it too so was just all round amazing! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Only my second visit, but Sarah already makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. She really takes the time to understand my body and works with me, especially as I have so much going on physically. She’s so knowledgeable, caring and makes you feel completely relaxed. Looking forward to next week already! Thank you, Sarah! ❤️
