My name is Julie and I am an experienced Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists. I work with clients to create a treatment plan that works to calm the sympathetic nervous system, break the stress cycle, ease pain and boost the immune system. I specialise in aiding recovery from burnout, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, anxiety and stress from my treatment centre on Verne Road in North Shields. Holistic massage 

With a combination treatment you get to choose which treatments you receive. A combination of 2 mini treatments (1 hour) or 2 full treatments (1 hour 30 mins). Choose from: Swedish massage, back neck and shoulder massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology, Reiki or Crystal healing. A wonderful option is to combine body work (such as massage) with an energy healing (such as Reiki).

Combination Treatment

This treatment focuses on loosening tight muscles, releasing knots and reducing pain in this problem area and is helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their back, shoulders and neck. Using locally handmade all natural Diya Wellness oils which leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing. 

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

This massage uses hot stones to help release surface layers of tension and get into deeper muscle groups aiding the release of problem knots. This is a wonderful treatment for those with chronic pain and problem areas.

Holistic massage with energy healing 

The aim of this treatment is to help balance the hormones, unblock energy imbalances and prioritise rest with this treatment.

This treatment involves the client lying on their back on the therapy couch covered in a blanket with healing music and aromatherapy oils. 

It includes:
30 minutes of Reflexology which uses acupressure on the meridian lines to help balance hormones and reduce stress. 

20 minutes of head, neck and shoulder massage to release physical tension using Diya Wellness Balancing oil as you remain lying down. 

40 minute chakra balancing crystal healing session to help balance the chi and leave you feeling energised and refreshed. 

We will end the session with an opportunity for you the pick your own oracle cards and discuss the meaning behind them. 

Balance

This treatment is all about helping to release physical tension and emotional blockages. It includes: 

60 minutes full body massage incorporating elements of Swedish massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology and Hot Stones*. A mixture of deep pressure and firm to medium relaxing strokes tailor made to you to target the areas which need the most attention. 

30 minutes traditional Japanese style Usui Reiki combined with Crystal healing. This is a wonderful energy healing treatment performed by a Reiki master that works on the energetic body to help balance the Chakras and combat stress.

At the end of the treatment you will have the chance to pull your own oracle cards and discuss the meaning behind them over a cup of herbal tea.

A 45 minute Indian head massage to start with relaxing Diya wellness oils focussing on helping to release physical tension in the shoulders, neck, head and face. 

Followed by 40 minutes of Crystal Healing combined with Reiki to help balance the chakras and make you feel brand new.

Sacral Chakra 

A combination of three of the most chakra balancing treatments on my menu for those who need an energy boost. This is two full hours of relaxation which will leave you feeling amazing from head to toe. 

45 minutes Indian Head Massage to start focussing on the shoulders, neck, arms, head and face using locally handmade traditional Indian head massage oils from Diya Wellness.
 
Followed by 45 minutes of Reflexology with peppermint and coconut to leave your feet feeling amazing. 

Finish with 30 minutes of Reiki and Crystal healing to help balance your energy.

This treatment is designed to help bring you into your parasympathetic nervous system so that you can gain a restful nights sleep. 

Choose from: 
60 minutes option: lie back on the therapy bed with an eye mask for an Indian head massage which focusses on your neck, shoulders, face, arms and head, followed by a Reiki treatment which aims to relax and bring balance to the body and mind. 

2 hours option: includes Indian head massage and Reiki and also includes Reflexology which is an acupressure treatment that works to help calm the nervous system.

Relax and enjoy an energy treatment that works on the energetic body to help balance the Chakras and combat stress. A combination of traditional Japanese style Usui Reiki performed by a Reiki master, combined with Crystal healing. Traditional Japanese style Usui Reiki performed by a Reiki Master. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It involves placing hands on or above the body to help clear emotional and physical blockages, balance the chakras and activate the patient’s natural healing processes. Crystal therapy can be combined with Reiki and involves holding crystals or placing them on your body to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing and release blockages. Crystal therapy is an energy healing treatment which involves the practitioner feeling for chakra blockages and placing corresponding crystals on your body to promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Reiki mist: an energetic room clearing spray handmade by me - a Reiki Master and Holistic therapist based in North Shields. 
Sage sprays have been used for thousands of years due to the belief that they help to dispel negative energy, protect a persons aura and restore a calm atmosphere.
