I absolutely love everything about this place!! First of all, it’s just a few minutes walk to Marylebone Station and Baker St Station. The room is so cute, cosy, and above all very clean!!! (I’ve been in many luxurious places and got terribly disappointed by the level (lack) of cleanliness  and  hygiene). Lastly but more importantly, Serenella has got a magic touch, I had a reflexology treatment and I just can’t wait to get my second treatment! 
Highly recommended!

An ancient therapy to balance the body naturally through the stimulation of reflex points located on the feet combined with foot massage techniques to create a deep state of relaxation and promote general wellbeing.
A reflexology session lasts 60 minutes in total which includes consultation and approximately 50 minutes hands-on.

DO NOT book this treatment:
- If you are pregnant (book Maternity Reflexology instead)
- If you have contagious skin conditions on your feet (for instance but not limited to Athelete's Foot)

Reflexology

Full body massage including legs, back, neck and shoulders, arms (head massage at the client's preference) for releasing general muscle tensions and reduce stress. 
If you prefer one area only, book Express Massage instead.
Light to Medium pressure.

De-stress Massage

Full body massage including legs, back, neck and shoulders, arms (head massage at the client's preference) for releasing muscle tensions, general stiffness at a deeper layer of tissue by using forearms and elbow. 
If you prefer one area only, please book Express Massage instead.
Pressure medium to strong.

Deep Tissue Massage

Massage Therapy

BESPOKE session of 60 minutes with focus only on the area of concern. Good for water retention localised, pre and post surgery*. 
Please allow up to 10 minutes extra for your appointment.

DO NOT book this treatment:
- If you suffer from Lymphedema
- if you had surgery in the last 6 weeks

This treatment is recommended for pregnant ladies with legs water retention from 14 weeks onwards (If you are a high risk pregnancy please inform me before booking).

FULL BODY session of 80 minutes good for general wellbeing, stress, boost immune defences and a sluggish lymphatic system, to detoxify and reduce general water retention. 
Please allow up to 10 minutes extra for your appointment.

- If you are pregnant (book Bespoke 60min instead)
- If you had surgery in the last 6 weeks 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage offered uses Vodder technique (gentle and superficial) and is not the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.

Maternity Reflexology is a safe and a non-invasive therapy that helps mums-to-be and their baby cope with the most common conditions associated with pregnancy.
This treatment can be offered from the 14 week onwards.

- If you are in the first trimester (13 weeks or less)
- If you have contagious skin conditions on your feet (for instance but not limited to Athelete's Foot)

If you are a high risk pregnancy or suffering from any medical conditions associated with pregnancy please inform me before booking.

Our 36 facial muscles are as important as the other body muscles. They are used even when we are relaxed in our sofa, watching tv or reading a book and build up tensions as much as any other muscles. Muscle tensions reflects the skin health and that is why facial massages are becoming more and more popular as a natural anti-aging treatment. Regular facial massage in fact, either manually and through the use of tools, helps reduce muscle tensions, stimulates lymph drainage, production of collagen and productions of new cells.

My Facial Massage combine manual massage, facial cupping and face gua sha.
