Remedial Massage

Remedial massage focuses on parts of the body that requires rehabilitation. Remedial massage first starts with a review of the muscles, ligaments, tendons and posture. Once the therapist understands the issues causing the injury or pain they will then perform a targeted massage of the area. While deep tissue massage requires firm pressure, the pressure and variety of techniques used during the remedial massage will vary depending on what is best for treating the specific issue.

Sports Massage is perfect for the Athlete that is about to compete, during or after the event. The Therapist will assess the Athlete and at what stage of the event. It will then be determined what techniques are used to create the best outcome for performance of the body. Before event massages, at least a week before the event is best if the Client has any injuries or excessive tight muscles.

Ladies Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage

Infrared light with minerals is delivered to the site of Injury or Inflammation at certain wavelengths, promoting cell repair. Infrared is safe, natural, non invasive & painless. While the light is focused on the injury site, remedial massage is given to surrounding areas. 
Not suitable to clients that have metal or silicone implants, varicose veins and pregnant.

Remedial Massage with Infrared Lamp

Relaxation massage employs gentle to medium pressure techniques to the superficial layers of the body tissue. Unlike Remedial massage, it doesn't address the connective tissue of the muscles, though it does a great job at easing tired aching muscles and relaxing the mind chatter. Relaxation massage is a whole body massage, starting at the feet using long flowing strokes covering the legs, back, shoulders and neck. The client will then turn over for the front of the legs ,arms and face. In most cases Hot Stones are used on the face for that luxurious finish.

This 30min treatment is perfect to treat Colds, Flu & Hayfever. Using a technique called blanket cupping with the acupuncture points for cold and flu. Blanket cupping brings up the excess pathogens weakening the system. Allowing the body to heal at a faster pace.
