Hello, my name is Emily. When I was 13, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I became obsessed about learning everything I could about health (Enneagram 5, anyone?). For 15 years, I've been deeply invested in learning how to lead a healthy lifestyle within mind, body, and spirit. Now I want to share this knowledge with you.
