30 min Indian Head Massage has both physical and emotional benefits.  Working from the decollate, down the arms and around to the back of the upper shoulders and neck, breaking up knots, soothing and relaxing tight muscles. Gliding up, using movements to firm skin and soften muscles in the face and using pressure points to help alleviate headaches and stress.   Ended with a deep scalp massage, you'll physically and mentally feel like a weights been lifted off your shoulders.
