Keith is a competent soft tissue therapist focused on the release of chronic and acute pain, and able to do a relaxing massage. He brings a unique holistic approach to massage, melding knowledge of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual understandings, to facilitate a more complete release. His philosophy is that PTSD is stored on multiple layers of our being, to release the whole you have to work with the whole.
