Mobile sports massage therapist covering Fareham and surrounding areas. I am an ITEC Level 3 Extended Diploma qualified sports massage therapist. I also hold a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, and I am currently studying for an MSc in Physiotherapy. I am fully insured and covered to practice massage therapy and have an up to date extended DBS certificate.  My services combine traditional aspects of massage such as petrissage, effleurage and deep friction with more complex techniques like Soft Tissue and Myofascial release, Neuromuscular Techniques, Muscle energy techniques and more.
