Experienced Sports massage therapist specialising in muscular release and relaxation. I currently run a successful clinic in Nottingham and work with a range of clients experiencing physical and or emotional stress. Sports massage is often misunderstood as an uncomfortable practice; “no pain no gain” is a phrase I hear from first time clients, however I like to work with the body. Guiding you to communicate a pressure that is both beneficial and comfortable to achieve the best results possible for you.
