1. $25 non-refundable deposit due (per person) when booking your appointment. Unpaid deposits will lead to cancellation.

5. Timeliness matters: Arrive on time; if you are  5-minutes late you will be subject to a late fee if you are 15 minutes late it will result in the cancelation of your appointment & the forfeit of your deposit.
6. No Call - No Show: You forfeit your deposit and your next booking requires 50% deposit (This includes cancelling within 8 hours of the appointment)

Due to the swift nature of this service it is very crutial that you come on time for your appointments. If you are more than five minutes late there is a $5 late fee and if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
