For two decades, Rachel has been supporting people through therapeutic, hands-on bodywork. She began her journey teaching yoga, later expanding into sports massage and assisted stretch therapy and movement rehabilitation practices to create a more integrated approach to healing. She also is a level 3 & 4 sports massage tutor sharing her knowledge with the next generation of bodyworkers.
