Debbie has been my hairstylist for many years now, and whenever I return to Dubai, visiting her at Locks by Loulou is always a priority! ❤️ She takes such incredible care of my hair, especially with my blonde highlights, always nurturing and protecting it while still achieving the most beautiful colour. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Debbie or her lovely team. They truly are the best! I’m so happy with my hair this time, as always. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with it! ✨
