REST. reflexology treatments are designed to calm the mind, unwind tension and release stress built up in the body. Reflexology is the technique of stimulating reflex points on the feet using gentle pressure and massage with the aim to increase blood, lymph and energy flow throughout the body. It is a deeply relaxing ancient holistic practise that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands or face correspond to organs, structures and systems of the body. Applying reflexology helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging the body to return to balance.
